Rules / Disclaimer
General Information:
- 11 U.S. Coast Guard approved adult life jackets are included in all rentals. Renter must provide children with a Coast Guard Level 2 approved life vests and they must be worn at all times while on board the watercraft. “Puddle Jumpers” are NOT approved.
- Maximum capacity aboard our boats is 10 persons.
- Renter must be 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license. Having a boater safety license is required if born after 1978.
- We provide you with a map of Lake Ponemah.
- Sorry, there are NO dogs, NO fireworks, and NO BBQs allowed.
- We have ICE on site for purchase.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING on board our boats.
Cancellations/Weather:
- There are NO cancellations allowed on the day of your rental.
- Our cancellation policy FOR WEEKENDS MUST BE MADE BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT BEFORE THAT WEEKEND for your credit card to not be charged. 48-hour notice as well for weekdays. You must call and speak with a live person to cancel; not a voicemail, text, or email.
- SEVERE WEATHER that occurs the morning or day of your rental would be the only exception when CANCELLATION is permissible. If we are going to close due to weather, we will make that decision the morning of your rental and call you. You will be refunded your deposit or rescheduled.
- RAIN/COOLER/HOT/CLOUDY WEATHER etc., the renter is still responsible, as all boats will be released to go out on the water.
If you do not supply the rental deposit within 12 hours, your reservation status will be void.
